"What's In The HR Manual"

Hi

I’ve been fielding emails and telephone calls all week about the HR Manual I have been sending out lately. My friend Ingrid Cliff has put together this HR Manual and it is a very comprehensive and easy to use guide for businesses.

Mainly the question I am asked is, “Kurt, what’s actually in this HR Manual you keep telling me about?”

So, to make it easy for you here is a summary:

Chapter 1 (Pages 1-14): Details what is required for Recruitment and Selection of staff including referee checks, inducting staff, and probationary periods.

Chapter 2 (Pages 15-42): Conditions of Employment - involving hours of work, pays and pay records, the different types of leave, termination of employment including abandonment of employment, intellectual property ownership, uniform appearance, and use of private cars for work related matters.

Chapter 3 (Pages 43-52): Is about performance appraisals, training plans, and how to deal with the unsatisfactory performance of a staff member.

Chapter 4 (Pages 53-71): Helps with staff behaviour and codes of conduct - subjects like workplace bullying, harassment, racial vilification, discipline - including official warnings, al.cohol and drugs policies and grievance procedures are all covered.

Chapter 5 (Pages 72-90): Delves into the areas of administration and support which includes office appearance, serving clients, telephone protocols,email usage, mobile phones use and many more support staff procedures.

The package also has bonuses:

  • policy and procedure templates which can be changed to identify your company;
  • a 24 page employee orientation booklet for new staff;
  • a cheat sheet to help manage the generation gap and language used by different age people and;
  • company memo templates which be adapted for your company/business use.

So, why am I telling you about this again.

Quite simply, I have been in the human resources business and coaching for 30 years and this HR Manual is the most comprehensive usable workplace document I own.

It’s a must to have on your work shelf, just click on this link and you will go straight to Ingrid’s site where the order form is held for the HR Manual.

Cheers

“Finally, A HR Manual With Pre-Written Policies I Can Use"

“The New HR Manual That Has Done All The Hard Work For You.”

Hi

Are you responsible for putting together your company’s HR Policies and Procedures?

It can be tough at times, can’t it?

  • Do you find your staff saying things like, “Why can’t I do it? It’s not as if there is a policy is there?”
  • Are you worried you may not have clear and precise guidelines on what is acceptable behaviour and what is not?;
  • Are you concerned staff are not doing what they are supposed to?

Then you are not alone…

And it’s not your fault.

I mean, when do you get the time to write these policies. Afterall, you are probably flat out just managing the day to day duties yet alone making time to write policies.

I mean actually having to make them up? Surely there is a quicker way.

If you could obtain a HR Manual jammed packed full of easy, up to date, usable HR Policies and procedures…which answers all these questions and more…

Well…

how helpful would that be ?

A manual which contains over 85 detailed individual policies and procedures templates covering all the major areas of HR including:

  • Recruitment and Selection;
  • Conditions of Employment;
  • Performance Learning and Development;
  • Behaviour and Cod.e of Conduct;
  • Administration and Support.

Well, NOW you can.

Yes, a HR Manual which will save you hours of work and frustration is here.

Don’t worry about it’s author saying it is based on Australian Legislation and conditions, the Instant HR Policies and Procedures Manual is a must for any English speaking country. It converts and can be used in the USA, England, Europe because the policies are sensible, meaningful and can be changed to suit your local area.

All templates are contained in Word Documents which makes it easy for you to insert your personal details such as your company name throughout.

HR Policies and Procedures written just for your company would normally set you back at least $10,000. Comparable quality products on the market cost over $1200 for the manual and are only available as an adjunct to costly coaching programs.

I have been in the HR consulting arena for 30 years and I have never seen such a comprehensive HR Manual as this, for the price. It should be at least 3 times the cost. I know the first policy or procedure you put into place will easily pay for the HR Manual.

I searched around for awhile and found this to be great.

And boy, am I glad I got it.

You will find it here Instant HR Policies and Procedures Manual

And again don’t worry about it being Australian it has all the elements to fast track getting policies into your business where ever you are located.

Cheers
